21-Day Embody Challenge– Jennifer Sher Art

21-Day Embody Challenge

21-Day Embody Challenge

During the month of March and part of April, I participated in a 21 Day Painting Challenge, hosted by Connie Solera from Dirty Foot Prints Studio.  The challenge was called "21 Days of enBODY". It was pretty amazing to try to draw and paint parts of the body that I have never tried before. I tried to keep up with the daily painting practice. But as always life gets in the way of creativity. I'm happy to share what I made during this challenge since I've been quite disconnected with my inspiration. But I am also learning that this is very normal and part of the art journey. The inspiration will come back and I'll be ready to start something new. #21emBODY

I found a bit stressful to create each day based on a prompt. Even though I also find it helpful, not sure I am that good at keeping up. I feel very proud that I completed this challenge. I love working with bold colors. I think they bring a very uplifting and happy vibration to our lives.

Did you participated in this challenge? Or any other challenge? Please share in the comment box below.
