21-Day Challenge to Train Your Brain into a Happy Camper 😄
Here's a great challenge to train and teach your brain from searching success and then finding happiness to finding happiness within you which creates a ripple effect where others around you will feel the same and success will come easy in your life.💕💕
Here are the details to create a lasting positive change for 21 days in a row:
-write 3 things you are grateful for morning or night
-write in a journal or notebook a positive experience of your day so your brain could relive it again
-exercise every day at min of 15-30min your brain and your body will thank you later (You could find the 5-day daily workout here)
-meditate for 5min every day to align yourself with your inner soul and forget about what's going on in the world
-do a random act of kindness by sending a "thank you" note or a positive uplifting message to someone, by helping someone at the grocery store or just being extra nice to your family
-5 hugs a day for 21 days in a row will bring happiness to your inner self and deeply feel happy. 😄😄
Doesn't this sound easy?? Not really. We are living in such a negative that all we hear or watch are bad news or think something bad is going to happen or we are just not lucky enough. Our society is trained to believe negative before positive.
